French electro/ showgazer group; intensely rich song from their Saturdays = Youth album (2008). Don’t you get this mad yet ethereal feeling from this? If I was a girl, I’d want this outfit and fringe! ❤

Priors – What You Need
Priors – What You Need [audio:http://www.plasmoandtheinfinitesadness.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/priors-what-you-need.mp3%5D French house which has been on repeat in my head for the past 2 days. Gorgeous!

Delphic – Counterpoint
The weirdest thing just happened. I was watching the related videos, leading me to Calvin Harris’ I’m Not Alone. I had triple j on in the background and it was playing the exact same song straight after I clicked it. Anyway, this song kept me in the car; I had to wait for a name!

My Bloody Valentine – To Here Knows When Live @ Fuji Rock 08
Headlining the Green stage at last year’s Fuji Rock Festival. A music genre cut short by the rise of grunge (Nirvana) and Britpop/ rock (Oasis, Blur). Nevertheless, it has withstood the passage of time and is now experiencing a revival through the likes of bands such as M83 and Asobi Seksu.
