Lunch for one until Igor joined me. Day 3 of my ordeal. There really isn’t much point to anything in the grand scheme of things.One thing I never understood was why people never like having lunch on their own. Especially in crowded places. It seems to be quite a common problem.

I had a Katsu curry instead.
There was a guy who tried to start a conversation with us in the foodcourt. I felt bad for not making an effort. I wonder if he’s another lonely soul who needs reaching out to. He was cheerful, but there was a sense of sadness and quiet desperation when he wished us a happy chinese new year and abruptly went back to eating.

Went to Ikea. Came to the realisation I’d be more “spiritually free” without so much materialism bogging down and defining my life, like having furniture. But damn that poang chair was comfy. Cat.

Happy Chinese New Year! Nothing special, just another normal catch up with the family. Except my dad’s eyebrow hair. It was very long and apparently it’s good luck.

Went to a Lego exhibition. It was mildly disappointing. But we won a racing car competition. It was fantastic. We beat a group of 8 year olds. Most amazing feeling ever to be validated.
P.S. My ‘spaceship’ is a peaceful space medical frigate.
