Although quick to judge on how silly this man is, it is heart-breaking to see that he had no peers around. Was he drinking alone that night? Took a day off for myself away from the city and looked at pigeons in the park opposite my folks in Hurstville. They are more peaceful and less easily frightened then the ones in the city. I think the ones in the city are generally more stressed.
Went on a lovely boat trip with clients today. Needless to say, we didn’t order enough hot chips.
Not sure why I bothered to begin with. Probably to prove a point to myself. Either the nice guys theory. Or that if I tried I could be healthy at home. Or that it’s difficult to balance work, play and a healthy lifestyle. I dunno… I really liked the grapes.
Trekked out for the day to Cabramatta for some Viet culture-jamming. Dropped by Sid’s place to see the dogs. You can see why they say that dogs are man’s best friend, and why they say pet owners generally live longer lives.

Today we went for lunch at the dance cafe with new boy Dean who is interning with us. He is from Brisbane and new in town. I’m concerned that we did not give him the best first impression, but I think he will learn to love and adore us as time passes. His passion is in sports, food and being a pretty cool kid.
